- Payment method: credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
- Payment currency: PLN (exchanged to your currency according to your decision by your bank/card operator or in DCC formula).
- Please consider that outside Poland we serve only retail orders (consumers only). We are not authorised for any business-to-business transactions. Therefore, a receipt will be attached to the parcel and it is not possible to receive a VAT invoice with your company data.

- Please be aware that due to legal regulations and company’s procedures we can serve orders only from all 27 EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
- Unfortunately, at this moment and in the near future we cannot serve orders from other countries, including EU associated countries (Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City).
- Shipping cost: 15-20 € (depending on country; see a table below). Final shipping cost will be confirmed before payment.
- Parcel preparation time: approximately 1 business day.
- Parcel delivery time declared by forwarder: 2-7 business days (depending on country; see a table below). With final confirmation you receive a link to a parcel tracking website.
